Return policy
1. General Provisions
We are committed to providing you with an outstanding shopping experience. To protect your rights, please read this policy carefully before returning or exchanging items. We reserve the right to make adjustments to this policy based on actual circumstances. The latest version of the policy shall prevail.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Requirements for Product Condition
The goods must be in brand new condition, unused, unsoiled, unworn and without any form of modification;
The original packaging, accessories and all accompanying documents (such as user manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be intact;
The original tag of the goods must be in good condition and still attached to the product;
Valid purchase vouchers (electronic order invoices, store receipts or order confirmation emails) must be provided.
2.2 Return Expiry Time
The return application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of order shipment;
The returned goods must be sent out within 10 days after the return application is approved (based on the time when the logistics company takes over the goods).
2.3 Special Notes
Some products (such as promotional items, limited edition items, etc.) may have different return policies. Please refer to the product page for details;
Large-sized items (such as furniture, carpets, etc.) require contacting customer service to confirm the return method, and additional fees may apply.
3. Return Process
3.1 Application Method
Log in to the official website or app, and submit the return application through "My Orders";
Contact the customer service for assistance (please provide the order number and the reason for the return).
3.2 Shipping Costs
For eligible returns, we will provide free prepaid return labels. You do not need to bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to non-quality issues or does not meet the return conditions, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3.3 Refund Processing
The refund will be completed within 10 to 14 working days after receiving the returned goods and they are verified as accepted;
The refund will be returned to the payment account in its original form. The specific arrival time depends on the bank or third-party payment platform;
Some products (such as pre-sale and customized items) may have a longer processing period. We will notify you by email.
4. Return Policy
4.1 Scope of Application
Only the same product (with the same SKU) can have its color or size changed;
If the stock is insufficient, the exchange can be converted into a refund or a new order can be placed.
4.2 Return Process
After submitting the return request, the new order will be processed with priority and delivered free of charge;
The original product must be returned within 30 days after the return request is approved; otherwise, the original order amount will be deducted.
The returned goods must meet the return conditions specified in Article 2.1; otherwise, the return rights may be affected.
5. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized products (such as engraved or printed items);
Used gift packaging services or opened gifts;
Hygiene-related products (such as underwear, socks and other intimate clothing);
Special-priced or clearance items that are clearly marked as "non-returnable and non-exchangeable".
6. Exception Handling
If there is any quality issue with the goods or if they are delivered incorrectly/missing, please contact the customer service within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide proof (such as photos or videos). We will handle it preferentially and cover all the costs.
